Estates Administrator 19 views

Find where you belong!

Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to join a fast-paced and energetic team? We’re seeking a Property Administrator to support our Estates team with day-to-day administration, property capital invoices, and diary management duties.

What’s it all about?

As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Estates team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing and managing property capital invoices, ensuring they meet accounts payable deadlines, and coordinating updates to our systems as needed. You will liaise with key contacts daily to facilitate smooth property operations, handle legal documents promptly, and assist with diary management for senior team members. Additionally, you’ll book travel and accommodation, manage team communications, take minutes at meetings, and process expenses.

Why Travelodge?

We believe in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their true self and belong.  We work hard to improve the diversity of our teams and celebrate our differences.  And we care about our colleagues’ wellbeing, so we ensure there are plenty of resources available so everyone can look after their emotional, physical, financial and work wellbeing.  We call this “Better Me”.

Who will this appeal to?

We’re looking for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. You should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets. Experience in property management is a plus but not essential. If you like processes like processing invoices, coordinating schedules, and managing travel arrangements with ease, we want to hear from you!
