Key Responsibilities

  • Showcase your understanding of relevant laws and regulations, specifically within employment rights.
  • Navigate Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) rules, evidence, and litigation processes.
  • Evaluate the likelihood of success and the value of ET claims.
  • Calculate special damages and other financial aspects.
  • Work efficiently and accurately within tight timelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience handling a full caseload, including direct client contact and litigation.
  • Ability to empathise with clients and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within a team.
  • Previous experience working with a case management system.
  • Willingness to provide informal guidance to junior staff when necessary.
