In this newly created role you will be responsible for setting up, promoting and managing all aspects of delivery at the College’s new Construction Hub based at Liverpool Waters.
You will personally be responsible for engaging with employers on the Liverpool Waters site and across the Liverpool City Region to identify job opportunities and the skills they need to secure work ready individuals in the construction sector. You will agree work ready training programmes, facilitate job interviews and support participants at the Hub to enter employment in the sector. This includes developing project plans and targeting Hub resources to ensure the specific targets of the Construction Hub project funding are met.
A key focus will be on delivering work ready skills programmes with excellent achievement rates and entry into sustainable employment.
