The Role

Are you able to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering great service for our customers? We’re seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our In-House Maintenance team based at our Booth Street site. This is a full-time permanent role working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times.

As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our In-house Maintenance teams, as well as colleagues across Midland Heart, to ensure KPI’s are met. You’ll deliver excellent administrative support including the processing of orders, invoices and other contract documentation. You’ll be assisting in the production of regular team reporting, involved in managing fleet and facilities, and attending meetings as necessary, providing support through minute taking as required.

Our ideal candidate? You’ll have excellent administrative skills and be someone who strives under pressure and has the ability to manage a large and varied work load with competing priorities and deadlines. You’ll be able to demonstrate some basic technical knowledge of domestic repairs and maintenance. Importantly, you’ll have great stakeholder manager skills, as you’ll be communicating with Multi-skilled Trade Operatives, operational managers and tenants. Finally, you’ll be IT savvy with experience of using Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams), with the ability to learn inhouse systems.
