QA are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator who has a passion for delivering an exceptional level of service. The role will require you to provide internal & external support to stakeholders or learners and assist with the delivery of our services and programmes.

 

Key responsibilities:

Complete tasks or objectives following company policies, procedures or methods to agreed timescales/KPIs/SLA’s
Work with internal/external stakeholders and learners to deliver our services/programmes
Timely and successful completion/submission of all required documentation/information in-line with regulations/governance
Deliver high levels of customer service to assist the wider team
Plan and organise own workload and coordination of related activities
Maintain strong relationships with members of the client team
Raise issues that risk project delivery and/or agreed costs and timescales
Escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them
Ensuring learner readiness: Conduct virtual information sessions with suitable learners and engaging customers where relevant

Key skills and experience required:

Working to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy
A track record of successfully delivering assigned tasks and/or events
Experience working within a highly client-centric environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage large workloads
Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Outlook
