Key Responsibilities■      To work alongside the senior creative managing the whole creative process within the Invention Content Solutions department, from pitch through to production;
■      To input into the creative and strategic direction of projects, with input from other senior stakeholders;
■      Be a content specialist (journalistic experience favourable) – understand the roles and production constraints of different content types, especially video, on social platforms;
■      Run pitches and projects with minimal senior oversight – championing creative content, and being acutely aware of commercial pressures such as resourcing, budget and profitability;
■      Within the process, as the creative, you’ll be expected to be able to digest insights, run brainstorms and turn these into creative natives, storytelling that clients want to buy, and can lead seamlessly to production, distribution and critically the clients hitting their success measures;
■      Be confident negotiating talent fees with agents as well as commissioning and directing writers, photographers and videographers;
■      A strong communicator, confident pitching and presenting ideas both internally and externally to agencies and clients;
■      Be comfortable overseeing content production from digital formats to providing creative direction on shoots;
■      Working alongside our project management and design team to ensure content is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

■      Responsible for creative, from ideation, creation to implementation, you’ll pitch, direct and commission high volumes of social, digital and print content with confidence and consistency.

■      Tasked with shaping great ideas that hit client briefs, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity. Adept at the whole creative process from running ideation sessions to presenting the outcomes, you’re able to work alongside multiple stakeholders guiding and shaping creative output.

■      On the delivery side of things you’ll be working with various partners, including writers, designers, editors and film-makers and will know how to make the most of their skills and draw a team together to create cohesive campaigns.

■      Deep understanding of the role that video/social plays in every project;

■      An understanding of delivering creatively and commercially successful projects;

■      The ability to be persuasive about ideas whilst at the same time able to take on board constructive criticism and client feedback in a positive way;

■      A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills;

■      Collaborative, a strong team player able to forge and manage a network of effective stakeholders;

■      Competent in creating powerpoint/Google slide presentations;

■      Demonstrate an expert working knowledge of the Reach plc portfolio and product.

■      A junior midweight creative with a publishing background, with a thought provoking portfolio and commercial experience, you will come from a content production background with proven experience of developing and delivering content campaigns;

■      Experience in a creative/marketing/advertising environment, specialising in social-led activations but be familiar with creating integrated campaigns;

■        Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment.
