We are looking to attract a Corporate Services Officer to join our Facilities & Corporate Services team in our Birmingham office.
The role will focus on carrying out a range of office service tasks in support and delivery of the core business. This will include duties such as front of house cover, meeting and greeting visitors, organising meeting rooms and covering the switchboard when required. It will also involve sorting, delivery and collection of mail and assisting on reprographic duties such as printing and scanning.
The position also supports our facilities team so duties will also include liaising with the centralised service desk for maintenance and service requests, reporting of health and safety incidents and being responsible for the organisation and maintenance of records management in the office.
We are keen to hear from candidates that have a high standard of service levels with excellent communication skills. Previous experience within a receptionist role or a facilities administration role would be beneficial.
