Complex Needs Support Worker
£22,183 – £24,491 per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for a dynamic, solution-focused individual to join our Darlington based Housing Support Service as a Complex Needs Support Worker!
You will be joining the Darlington Team working with Vulnerable Adults from the age of 16 with sometimes complex needs who are homeless and maybe experiencing Isolation and Safeguarding Issues, Substance Misuse and Mental Health.
Your day to day responsibilities could see you performing risk assessments, creating tailored support plans as well as undertaking regular support visits to ensure clients are receiving the best possible level of service.
Having an adaptable and creative approach to your work will enable you to cater to a wide range client needs; and critical to your success in this role, is your ability to support those with complex barriers which prevent them from progressing on to independent living.
Further responsibilities within this role will see you managing stakeholder relationships with local authorities, housing associations and statutory service providers.
