CO139 – IT Systems Support
Agile working with some attendance at Central Office/Projects
£26000 per annum
37 hours per week

Do you have a a minimum of 3 years’ experience of supporting IT infrastructure in a large (330 users plus) organisation? Do you have experience of working in desktop support role? Do you have experience of providing excellent customer service?
Do you have an excellent knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory network support (DNS, WINS, CHCP, TCP/IP)? Are you able to provide advice, support and guidance to staff across all levels of IT abilities?
Do you have a commitment to detail, ensuring all work is accurate, concise and understandable? Do you have a commitment to equality, diversity and the values of Changing Lives?

Changing Lives began in 1970, when four people set up Tyneside Cyrenians, offering food and shelter to people experiencing homelessness in the North East. Since then, services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.
Today our charity employs over 600 staff, has 400 volunteers and operates from Berwick to London giving people hope and aspiration that their lives can change. We listen carefully to the experiences of people with lived experience and 20% of staff at Changing Lives have previously used services.

About the job
Changing Lives has significantly expanded over the past few years and now works nationally with people experiencing homelessness, addiction and a range of other problems by reaching out into communities. We also offer specialist support services for women and families, provide employment opportunities for our clients, and run several successful social enterprises.
The information and business systems have grown along with the Charity and the role of IT Systems Support will provide support and maintenance of IT and Business Systems, audio visual, multi-function devices and telephony equipment across the organisation, in support of front line staff.
