Due to continued growth and demand in our Expert Solutions service, we are looking for analytically driven individuals with a background or keen interest in the media sector to join our team.

Our Expert Solutions consultancy team are industry leaders in completing bespoke projects for most of the top brands and retailers in the UK. Building on our unparalleled continuous research data, we are able to further expand our understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour through groundbreaking approaches.

You will join a friendly and growing team who are all passionate about how we can make a real commercial impact through project based, evidence led insight that goes beyond our continuous reporting. Working with global FMCG brands and media agencies, you will be at the forefront of innovative consumer research which uncovers new shopper purchasing habits.

Key Outcomes:

  • Finding opportunities across the business for potential projects through working closely with our Client Services teams.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business issues, building on current relationships with key decision makers.
  • Attending and leading pitches for bespoke projects with the support of client services colleagues.
  • Crafting and developing solutions to client’s consumer, shopper and marketing issues, by working directly with our analysts, client service teams and wider global Kantar colleagues.
  • Presenting complex insights with credibility and impact.

Key Capabilities:

  • A background in market research with some exposure to more advanced research solutions also desirable.
  • Previous experience working in the media sector or a keen interest in this space.
  • Willing to adopt, drive and suggest change.
  • The ability to link research issues with appropriate solutions.
  • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence.
  • Working with large datasets to produce compelling insight.
  • Great project management skills, ensuring successful and timely delivery of projects from proposal to presentation.
