Salary: £105,356 – £111,476 per annum

Full Time and Permanent

Bridgend College is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join the Senior Leadership Team. 

The COO will be a Senior Post Holder and will be required to deputise for the Principal and Chief Executive when appropriate.

Job purpose: 

To lead the operational functioning of the organisation, ensuring efficient management of finance, digital architecture, facilities and compliance alongside the development of commercial activity and oversight of performance against core grant funding.

The Chief Operating Officer will support the delivery of the Strategic Plan through demonstrating strong financial acumen, strategic oversight of short, mid and long term planning, and effective leadership of area managers.
