An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Business Change & Automation function as a Business Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract.

What we’re looking for:

Business Analysts to work with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver successful and cost-effective business change projects.  You’ll need to:

  • Be good at communicating with people in senior management and managing competing priorities

  • Be a good problem solver and able to work quickly

  • Be able to clearly document system and process requirements and translate requirements into deliverable work plans and subsequent benefits tracking

  • Have experience of working in a complex organisation and taking an active role in project delivery


We are looking for strong business analysts with a background in Agile, insurance claims operations, legal processes or property management.


Who you’ll be working with:

Our Business Change & Automation function provide business analysts to a wide range of business projects.  You will be assigned to a project or programme and work with a dedicated team of project managers, business analysts, business reps and change managers to deliver project objectives.  We currently have three 6-month positions available in the following areas:

  • Legal Services – case management system improvements and process mapping (1 role)

  • Claims domain knowledge – operations and processes (1 role)

  • Organisation and property change management (1 role)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Analysing requirements for changes to some of our key platforms including our legal services case management system.

  • Creating user stories and benefits analysis for systems and process change in different parts of our business.

  • Analysing data and processes in different business areas to support planned operational improvements and new ways of working.

  • Liaising with operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure changes are aligned with our strategic objectives and are operationally feasible.

  • Participating in regular Agile project planning events and activities.

  • Working with a dedicated team of change professionals to deliver focussed change efficiently and effectively.
