37 hours per week – Rota basis which include shifts between 07:00 and 23:00

About you

Do you have experience in Housing management and supporting people with complex needs?

Do you have experience of working with socially disadvantaged and vulnerable people?

Do you have knowledge of the causes and effects related to homelessness?

Do you have the ability to develop and influence others and have an understanding of how to work within professional boundaries?

Do you have the ability to work in an environment that is health and safety conscience?


If so, the Project Worker role may be the role for you.

About the job

To provide a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents staying at Halton and Brennan Lodge. Providing a responsive, friendly, and professional response in cases of emergency and crisis.  You will support residents with complex problems to overcome their issues and develop the life skills to enable them to move on and sustain independent living.  You will provide a safe & secure environment to enable people with a chaotic lifestyle, educational or health issues to stabilise their lives.  To support residents to achieve outcomes across key life areas.
