About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Regeneration & Economic Growth you’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive approach to area-based regeneration across the borough, ensuring the necessary structures and capacity for multidimensional growth and placemaking across our three focused areas in Hounslow East, West and Centre.  This is a unique opportunity, to lead, develop and direct your own new team to conceive a transformational approach to regeneration. The role is front and centre in actively engaging, communicating and influencing decision making within the council and delivering a pivotal part of the Council’s vision.

About You

We are looking for someone who has achieved significant and sustained success in regeneration at a senior level who can propel one of our highest corporate priorities and deliver real growth. You will have a proven track record of delivering and leading a regeneration led service and successfully supporting or operating within a senior leadership team. You will be an instinctive collaborator with experience of working with stakeholders, communities, partner organisations and leaders who can drive regeneration  whilst developing a best-in-class and empowering culture for your team.  A natural storyteller you will be able to communicate  a compelling vision to key stakeholders with an energy, ambition and commitment to delivering outcomes that make a real difference.
