As an administrator in one of our established teams, the successful candidate will undertake a wide variety of tasks to support the organisation. This will be via virtual meetings, telephone, email or face-to-face and sometimes post. You will work alongside peers and report into one of our team leaders who are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of administration.

Already experienced and able to hit the ground running, you will be involved in the effective and efficient delivery of administration for both internal and external customers. Having excellent communication skills both verbal and written you will liaise with a variety of customers and be able to explain processes and provide information as required. You will have experience of planning and organising meetings, taking notes/minutes and producing grammatically accurate, clear and concise minutes.

A positive outlook and ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines is essential, as is adapting to the needs of the service.

Whilst the post is based at our headquarters in Birmingham, there will be a requirement to work, attend meetings and training at other locations across the West Midlands. Some homeworking will be possible, depending on the business needs.

This role requires a Basic DBS check.

As part of the assessment process, you will need to complete a role specific exercise, several tests and attend an interview.
