We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join AADT (Allianz Account Development Team) as an Account Developer within the Commercial branch in Bristol.
As an AAD you will be based in this dynamic and fast-paced team where your main focus will be on actively developing accounts with our smaller brokers over the phone.
You will actively manage your own panel of brokers, generating leads, working with underwriters to secure profitable business and growing your accounts, looking to identify broker which can be grown to a size where they can be successfully repatriated into the branch network.
This team plays a crucial role liaising with the whole branch network in order to identify and deliver profitable growth amongst our smaller intermediaries. This is a fantastic time to join this team as we continue to build on these broker relationships delivering a revitalised and energised distribution proposition.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge and understanding of the commercial insurance market with a proven ability to build effective relationships with external and internal customers.
You will have sound commercial judgment, ideally with experience working successfully in an broker facing environment.
Organisation skills are key, including time management, the ability to prioritise your workload and to multi task in order to exceed customer expectations.
You should be able to demonstrate experience in problem solving and utilising a number of tools in order to efficiently deliver great customer service.
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and will remain positive and upbeat even when under pressure.
