To undertake work placed assessment of The City of Liverpool College ILM Leadership and Management apprentices across a range of employers, performing the necessary duties expected of a skills development coach following identified processes and procedures. It is the responsibility of the skills development coach to ensure audit compliance and quality is maintained throughout all areas of their work.
The College needs to have a reputation for consistently delivering and maintaining best-practice performance standards in all its teaching, learning and assessment provision, with success of students in personal, social & employability skills being its primary goal.
