We are looking for an established Talent Acquisition Business Partner to work roles in our commercial function. In this role, you will provide an outstanding recruitment delivery service to all hiring managers in the commercial space, maximising direct hiring.
The focus will be to increase direct candidate attraction in parallel with reducing time to hire and cost per hire metrics. This role will focus on truly understanding the external market and building our brand as an employer of choice for those operating in the sales space.
This role is home working and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.

What will the role involve?
You will have hands-on responsibility for all vacancies within our commercial function, ranging from telesales vacancies through to Key Account Directors and Group Heads. Managing a small team of talent sourcers, you will have hands-on responsibility for a caseload of vacancies.
Focusing on driving direct hiring, you will spend your time building talent pipelines for roles with high attrition and actively headhunting the passive market using social channels such as Linkedin. You will facilitate and run assessment centres, ensuring that you are delivering a continuous talent pipeline to the business. You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent service to all users of the talent acquisition function, and drive your own performance by understanding your value to the business.
You will create compelling ad copy and be a subject matter expert in advising your stakeholders the best route to market. You’ll be up to date with the latest hiring trends and market challenges and communicate these back to the business in a solutions-focused way.
Key to your success will be building relationships with our hiring managers and providing a first class hiring experience.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist in a previous role, with experience of hiring via headhunting and search techniques. You will have recruited sales professionals directly, and without the need for agency intervention. With strong business acumen and the ability to work within a fast paced organisation, you will love influencing and motivating stakeholders to trust you as a subject matter expert.
It’s a challenging market – therefore you will need to be resilient and persistent in trying a range of attraction techniques to secure the very best talent. You will understand that recruitment transformations provide an opportunity to really make your mark, but they often come with short term pain! You will be driven to create positive change, creating a brilliant hiring experience for all parties that interact with the Talent Acquisition team at Reach. You’ll be influential and able to create solid long lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and wider HR.
