About the Job
Due to our continued growth, I have a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team. We’re part of the People (HR) team, are headquartered in Slough and offer hybrid working. This position will be focussed on hiring a wide variety of great tech trainers for our learning business.
You’ll have proven experience as a tech focused recruiter (ideally in a busy Talent Acquisition function) managing the full process, delivering a quality hires in a fast passed environment and will be comfortable working with hiring managers at all levels. You’ll have excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills, be comfortable selling our opportunities to passive and active candidates, understand the importance of reporting and will have a keen eye for detail.
Ability to identify and attract the best candidates, engage with and manage them through the application process.
Partner with our hiring managers, to guide them through the recruitment process providing consultative advice as required.

Understand when PSL support is required, driving best performance from our partner agencies, ensure QA’s recruitment process is followed and all applicants are submitted via our ATS Talent Soft.
Comfortable using; LinkedIn Recruiter, Job boards, ATS, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.
