At Bupa you’ll work on high-impact, innovative projects in an organisation that makes a real difference. You’ll have to be ambitious and eager to play an integral role in our overall digital strategy.
What you’ll be doing
You will provide technical and administrative support to internal and external customers regarding the systems within Bupa Health and Dental Centres. As well as this you will support the wider BHC business with MI and technical/admin support either face to face, in writing, or over the phone. In addition to owning and governing queues you will work within the systems to ensure this is worked fairly and that a great customer experience is provided.
What’s a typical day?
You will complete relevant system updates in order to support the department, such as the creation of products, locations and campaigns. You would own version control for all documentation used within systems such as invite templates and fulfilment documentation as well as owning all system configuration changes and any changes to recall methods within the system. You would be responsible for Central governance of all queues and task work to ensure work is picked up appropriately. Additionally, you will report and escalate where needed and own and manage all internal and external customer mailboxes including those for invitations and pre appointment literature requests.
