Reporting into the Senior Procurement Manager you will support with resolving supplier payment queries, assist in investigations of supplier performance failures and work with SQA team to find resolutions. You will be responsible for identification of continuous improvement opportunities and support the creation and production of procurement reports and departmental metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for management of internal and external stakeholders
  • On-going maintenance of MRP in line with materials replenishment strategy.
  • Management of project demands and forecasting and OTIF.
  • Support appropriate business reviews based upon Supplier Classification (Key suppliers) Pan Telent.
  • Achieve adherence to supplier on-boarding process.

Who you are:

This role would be ideal for a person with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. A high attention to detail and ability to achieve high levels of data accuracy with the confidence and ability to handle large volumes of data from different sources. Excellent problem solving skills would be beneficial.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management approach and skills
  • Effective prioritisation of workload
  • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 products especially MS Excel
  • Experience or using Oracle systems, especially Oracle iProcurement would be an advantage.
