Student Retention Coordinator within our Registry Team
QA Higher Education, Fulltime 12-month FTC initially
Hybrid Working with a minimum of one day per week in the office
London OR Birmingham

Do you enjoy a fast paced, challenging environment, ideally have an education industry background or perhaps come from a busy customer service environment or perhaps a recent graduate with excellent work experience in office or retail?
About our role Our role will involve handling many different student related enquiries and you’ll be working with some complex data? Are you able to problem solve, make decisions, where attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have good Excel & IT skills are a must? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Full training will be provided and if needed we’ll brush up your excel skills too. Please note our role is not student facing but is operational and process led.

Supporting the implementation and coordination of a number of administrative activities and policies in line with QA’s Student Retention Strategy.
Management of the department mailbox and responsibility for query management.
Responsibility for managing and tracking student referrals to multiple student support departments.
Supporting the implementation of new processes, procedures and working practices in order to support retention initiatives and the accurate reporting of retention statistics.
Support with the development and implementation of any systems related requirements.
Ensure the effective monitoring of all ‘at risk’ students and application of the relevant interventions and referrals across internal departments.

Bring your experience:
Extensive administrative experience ideally within the education sector
Experience of multi-tasking and delivery to agreed timescale.
Experience of managing and prioritising complex workloads
Excellent communication, organisational, problem-solving and planning skills
