A. We have an exciting, fast paced, expanding and rewarding role, where the end result is enrolling students on to our student programmes.

About our role: Using your previous customer relationship and sales skills (warm leads), your role is vital in helping students through the application cycle and ultimately ensuring they successfully enrol on their chosen course. A must is to ensure you provide our potential students an exceptional level of service and engagement. Ready to be part of a successful and growing team…..come join us!

Your focus: (Education experience desirable but definitely not essential as full training will be given).
Managing the process for all applicants from initial interest and application to enrolment.
To support the team in meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
Ensuring an efficient booking process is in place for all assessments required to be taken by QAHE applicants and managing this process day to day.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all departments within the business.
Maintain and manage effective business pipeline ensuring daily KPI’s are delivered
Provide first class customer service to our potential students
Engage with enquirers and offer holders through multiple communication channels; actively guide enquirers through the entire application cycle; advise enquirers about suitable courses/programmes.
Maintain accurate and up to date data on all of QAHE’s CRM systems
Advising on payment options (self-funding, Student Finance) and payment methods
Acting as a programme ambassador and confidently answering questions about the programmes
Being responsible for ensuring the programmes are fully subscribed

Bring your experience: A MUST – a driven, passionate, entrepreneurial, competitive and hardworking individual
Excellent customer service skills
Sales driven and motivated by a target based culture
Ability to memorise and use in-depth product knowledge
Strong organisational and planning skills
Capable of building working relationships and networks with people from a range backgrounds and cultures
Skilled negotiator
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
An understanding of CRM systems would be advantageous
