Station Systems CCTV PAVA Technician Level 3

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Level 3 Technician will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities and assisting with reactive maintenance on SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). This role is to work permanent nights Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am.

What you’ll do:

  • Attending planned or remedial maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring SISS assets are well maintained, and station communication faults are reported and fixed
  • Undertake first and second line maintenance activities
  • Utilising field IT equipment to provide real time remedial and planned maintenance data
  • Liaison with Telent Service Centre for tasking, fault updates and completions
  • Monitor work progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Promote a positive Health ans Safety culture

Who you are:

This role would suit a Level 4 Technician who has attained their IRSE licence and who is looking to take that next step in their career.

Key requirements:

  • Network Rail PTS
  • IRSE License for safety critical systems
  • CCTV, Server, IP address or electrical background
  • Good understanding of O365 packages
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The job holder will be required to work as part of a team, on permanent nights 10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday from our Depot at Pirin Court (close to Canning Town)
