Job Description
As Video Team Leader, you will lead a team of Video Content Creators to produce a wide variety of high-quality digital video-based solutions that engages learners and clearly explains learning objectives. This will form part of digital learning projects, including core QA learning content and bespoke projects for our clients.

You will have both strong people and video production skills, bringing these together to improve your team and QA’s video content.
Video Producers work in a multi-disciplinary sprint teams together with Creative Producers, Instructional Designers, Graphics Designers and Animators
– Lead a team of Video Producers and or Video Content Creators to create assets for both QA learning content and bespoke clients.
– As a line manager, coach and support your team to improve their craft in pre-production, production, and post-production.
– Help progress QA’s video styles and methods, to both improve learner retention and engagement across bespoke, QA authored and internally.
– Using your extensive experience working on video related projects, lead and steer the creative direction of video related assets.
– Work collaboratively at the outset of a project to identify video requirements, direction, and process.
– Work with Instructional Designers, Graphics Designers, Animators & Creative Producers to ensure video assets come together in a finished product which meets the brief.
– Help manage the video team workload and scheduling, to ensure we meet internal and external project timelines.
– Keep digital assets well organised using good housekeeping to ensure maximum re-use of assets and avoid any unnecessary additional work across the team.
– Actively contribute ideas to the QA Design System to improve the overall creative approach in the team.
– Help maintain production equipment, props and space, advocating importance of equipment care and readiness.
