We are looking for an established Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our technology function, focusing on delivering cost per hire savings by maximising proactive sourcing techniques, internal referrals and improving our external brand. Managing a small team of talent acquisition professionals, this role provides a brilliant opportunity to help shape and drive success in your business area, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in D&I initiatives, early careers hiring, brand awareness and outside-of-the-box talent attraction.
This role is home working and we are therefore open to candidates based across the UK.

What will the role involve?
You will own all permanent & contract vacancies within Product, Engineering and IT. This includes Fullstack Engineers, Data Engineering, Data Science / Analytics, Product Managers, QA, Mobile, Cloud and Cyber Security.
Managing a small team of talent acquisition professionals, you will have hands-on responsibility for a small caseload of senior level vacancies.
You will drive direct hiring performance through data and analytics. D&I is always part of the conversation when hiring. Your role will involve monitoring diversity across all applications, shortlists and hires, and support initiatives to improve diversity. You will have the support of our D&I manager on this as a wider business initiative.
Key to your success will be building relationships with our hiring managers and providing a first class hiring experience. You will need to be a strong communicator who can understand hiring challenges and support managers in finding the best solutions. You will attend regular senior meetings with senior stakeholders and HRBPs to identify future skills needs/recruitment forecasting.
Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced in house TA Lead, with a track record of reducing cost per hire and driving a direct hire model. You will understand how to create talent pipelines and come to the table with ideas of how to direct hire and drive diversity initiatives. With previous team lead/management experience, you will set up your team to succeed by performance management through KPI’s. You will love using a sophisticated ATS to analyse your team’s hiring data, and be super passionate about DEI across the hiring cycle.
You will understand that recruitment transformations provide an opportunity to really make your mark, but they often come with short term pain! You will be driven to create positive change, creating a brilliant hiring experience for all parties that interact with the Talent Acquisition team at Reach. You’ll be influential and able to create solid long lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and wider HR.
