Job Introduction
We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for an expert in Commercial Systems, Marketing Automation, Digital and Print Advertising from Booking to Invoicing via production and flighting. This position is for a Senior Product Manager.

Key purpose
An expert in Commercial Systems including CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital and Print Advertising from Booking to Invoicing via production and flighting. The post holder will own the roadmap to develop the next generation of commercial systems for the enterprise.

Structure and reporting relationship
Reports to the Head of Delivery role, manages up to 5 roles. Works with important stakeholders across Reach to set and deliver the strategic roadmap for Reach business systems

Role Responsibility
Understand our users deeply, build a strong knowledge of the technology for development’ ecosystem, and translate it into sound product decisions
Align the priorities of the business, engineering team and our partners to develop the product roadmap and the product strategy
Build deep understanding of our technical systems to design for scale, security and insight
Define robust, high quality requirements and testing prior to releases
Define, analyse, and communicate product metrics to guide new features and enhancements

Confident at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
A self-starter with a can-do, will-do attitude
A proven change agent driving excellence across the full suite of commercial capabilities
Experienced manager of technical staff/ teams
Experience in major systems change initiatives.
Agile product development experience or qualification needed
