Senior Marketing and Partnerships Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join the team.

What will the role involve?

  • Developing market-leading promotions with a range of partners that drive print sale.
  • Lead the Marketing drive around the National titles’ print subscriptions strategy by developing both acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with the Editors, senior key internal stakeholders, partners and agencies to successfully deliver market leading campaigns.
  • Effectively plan, implement and monitor media campaigns including the use of TV, radio, PPC promoted social and experiential, as well ensuring effective marketing across the Reach print and digital estate
  • Help manage Reach’s media agency and lead on the creative development.
  • Lead the Promotions digital CRM platform to help increase our subscriber base and create deeper levels of engagement.
  • Lead the marketing relationship Reach has with PR and promotional agencies.
  • Ensure a consistent brand and customer-led approach across all marketing activities and communications.
  • Line manage the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Executive including successfully managing workflow.

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent client contact with a range of partners and agencies.
  • Strong background in developing a wide variety of high profile partnerships.
  • Proven creative who is able to create and develop new campaigns from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of promotional legal compliance, GDPR and drafting specific terms & conditions.
  • Experienced media planner with knowledge of managing and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Ideally experience of working within or alongside a CRM function.
  • Excellent organiser with a proven track record in organising and delivering multiple projects at the same time to meet required deadlines.
  • Exceptionally strong communicator and presenter who is at ease in working and presenting to senior clients and agencies at C-suite level.
  • Proactive can-do attitude, willing to try new things and raise the bar.
  • Calm under pressure whilst managing multiple campaigns at pace.
  • Preferred experience within the media & publishing industry including working with editorial at varying levels of seniority.
