Sales Operations Analyst

Job title: Sales Operation Analyst
Location: Hybrid London/Slough & remote

As a sales operation analyst you will be providing support to our sales teams to help drive performance and improvement. This entails implementing, reviewing and maintaining elements of the sales cycle including bonus schemes, incentives and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and have input to the Sales planning process. Develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate view of sales team targets, sales performance, sales-team structure(s), sales commission schemes, and sales incentives.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the latest forecast position – including key drivers, in-month movements and risks/opportunities.
  • Represent the requirements of specified Sales teams into QAs supporting functions – including Marketing, IT and Finance – and across various projects as required, to ensure systems, reporting and processes are developed.
  • Develop an understanding of all aspects of the end-to-end sales processes – to help identify and prioritise business improvements.

About you:

  • Worked with CRM systems within a medium to large enterprise; preferably with experience in MS-Dynamics.
  • Extracted, manipulated, and visualised data for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment, within small to medium sized projects.
  • Experience of interacting with and influencing senior functional stakeholders.
  • Experience of working within Sales Operations / Sales Performance Management roles desirable.
