Product Executive

It’s an exciting time for us as we become the UK’s Biggest and Best Digital insurer; and with this in mind, we are looking for a Product Executive to support with driving performance and profitability, gathering and analysing MI and working with key stakeholders to help shape and deliver our short- and long-term plans for the telematics product.

This position sits in the Telematics team, and is accountable for identifying, building, and growing new insurance propositions. With the team being a dedicated business function, there’s a significant opportunity to deliver tangible changes within a well-supported area and offer the ability to see projects through from concept to delivery to refinement. The role will be a key member of that team supporting the Product Manager in defining and developing propositions that meet customer needs and deliver scalable profitable growth.

How you will make a difference:

  • Compile, deliver and interpret insight using multiple data points (including customer insight, commercial performance, and market insight) to deliver ideas that can lead to great customer outcomes and profitable growth
  • Key player in the delivery of product development. Work effectively with the wider business stakeholder community, supporting the prioritisation process in accordance with business needs, help gather cross-functional business requirements and be an integral part of the project team.
  • Designing and executing research programmes to solicit feedback on prospective new product launches and existing product development.
  • Lead on website tracking and reporting: monitor the performance of digital channels including the end-to-end journey from lead to sales qualification to win/loss.


  • Able to analyse multiple data sources, spot problems or trends and draw meaningful recommendations.
  • Naturally inquisitive nature and able to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across the breadth of the business.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Previous experience using Google Analytics beneficial
  • Previous experience using customer survey tools beneficial (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
