Pricing Transformation Manager

Reporting to the Head of Pricing the role will support and shape the delivery of future energy policy with a focus on commercial topics. Working closely with colleagues in our wider commercial, finance and regulatory teams the role will be key to ensuring our commercial strategy is delivered through industry transformation.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Support and shape regulatory pricing change; working closely with our regulation and strategy teams

  • Shaping future price cap constructs

  • Engage and feedback on Ofgem and DESNZ consultations related to commercial topics

  • Shape pricing policy change for both SME and Residential customers

  • Support the delivery of industry change

  • Develop commercial strategy to optimise market wide half hourly settlement delivery

  • Collaborate with the propositions teams in shaping pricing approaches

  • Supporting the delivery of cost updates and future scheme changes

  • Deliver pricing strategies to deliver key commercial targets

  • Develop appropriate pricing strategies to optimise time of use and flexibility opportunities

  • Shape the optimisation of export pricing

  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to support value modelling

Are we the perfect Match?

  • Experience in a Pricing or Commercial analytical role, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.

  • Clear communication skills-you can translate data into practical insights.

  • Exposure to Residential and SME pricing (energy or similar industries is a bonus).

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and contribute to structured project delivery.

  • A mindset that values both customer and commercial outcomes.
