Job Description
Ensure all ESFA requirements are met and documented to a rating of outstanding

Ensure coaches deliver high quality coaching and provide a high quality experience throughout the programme

Monitor and provide support for risk learners to re-engage and retain on the programme
Instil a robust communication pattern with coaches to receive regular programme updates
Establish and monitor individual development plans for all coaches
Identify delivery risks and mitigate them before they develop into issues for learners or employers

Review MI data to ensure coaching standards are met and improved on

Collaborate with HE support functions
Follow Academic and/or ESFA regulation changes and inform coaches when necessary
Implement a program for coaching session sampling with a RAG rating system to identify areas of improvement
