We’re looking for an Online & Affiliate Partnerships Lead to help drive the growth of our partner network and maximise performance across brokers, online affiliates and retail or brand partnerships. In this role, you’ll support the Online & Affiliate Partnerships Manager by overseeing the day-to-day delivery and operational management of partner acquisition activity, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, performance targets are met and stakeholders are effectively coordinated to deliver outstanding results.
This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and spend around one day a week in our Nottingham office.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Manage the day-to-day delivery of partner acquisition campaigns across brokers, affiliates, and partnerships.

Coordinate campaign briefs, commercial agreements and marketing collateral with internal teams.

Monitor performance KPIs (volume, conversion, CPA, quality), flagging risks and opportunities.

Act as the first escalation point for operational issues raised by partners or internal teams.

Support strategic initiatives by providing performance insight and recommendations.

Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or channel operations within energy, telco, financial services, or online retail.

Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple partner campaigns.

Commercially aware with the ability to balance partner performance and compliance.

Skilled communicator, comfortable managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of online acquisition and affiliate models.
