E.ON Next Mid-weight Creative Copywriter
Location; Farringdon, London (Hybrid 2/3 days a week)

We are looking for a well read Midweight Copywriter with all round copy experience plus a knowledge of SEO, AI. We are looking for a sharp attention to detail and the ability to write legally accurate correspondence in a playful and exciting way.

As a Midweight Creative Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for self-managing your time and hitting your deadlines with panache and beautiful prose. You will be encouraged to push the E.ON Next brand forwards whilst aiming for award-winning work. We want you to be comfortable balancing changing priorities, proactively managing your own timeline and internal stakeholders.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing

Act as guardian of consistent tonal execution.

Embody the brand tone of voice, challenge its implementation style to maximise engagement and category stand-out by adding your expert craftsmanship.

Work closely alongside designers and content creators to ideate award winning content and conceptualise head-turning work. From brief to the door.

Translate the brand positioning into disruptive and engaging copy across all communications, from customer retention such as blogs, editorial content, social and email. To persuading new customers to follow our sustainable philosophy and sign-up for our energy.

Stay abreast of external copy changes and updated legal dos and don’ts.

We’re looking a Mid Weight Creative Copywriter with the following experience and skills;

Demonstrate creative/advertising copywriting skills.

A strong use of SEO and AI skills

Strong ideation and autonomy.

The ability to write and develop our TOV, but also respond to industry changes and correct our message accordingly.

Proven experience developing brands creatively.

Willingness to challenge towards creative excellence.

Excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of social and digital formats.
