Are you an experienced L&D professional with strong consultancy, design and delivery skills? Do you have a background in behavioural skills, leadership and coaching development? Would you like to help us create and deliver programmes and solutions that build colleague, leader, team, and business capability and have a real impact?

If yes, then this could be the role for you. Our Leadership Development Manager is looking for someone who can bring this expertise and more. As an accomplished L&D professional you’ll have the ability to confidently engage diverse audiences, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across the organisation in order to explore and identify the needs of individuals/business, demonstrating your knowledge and practical experience.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of working in people and culture change initiatives
  • A creative designer with proven ability to design and deliver a broad range of solutions across all levels in an organisation, utilising a range of methodologies to ensure that the purpose of each learning outcome is met.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date and cutting-edge learning solutions and technologies
  • Ability to lead and influence others through continuous change and improvement, supporting transition and being flexible in approaches to job role.
  • Project Management experience in principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation, including governance, resource planning and reporting.
  • Ability to work with data to understand trends and issues which influence leader’s decisions
  • Focussed on implementing commercially viable solutions with clear measures of success.
  • Candidates will have worked in a similar sized commercial business; financial services industry experience is advantageous
