Income Business Adminstrator

Due to our continuing success, we’re recruiting a Business Administrator to join our amazing team, working out of our state-of-the-art Birmingham office! If you have a background in, or passion for finance (particularly Credit Control), & want the opportunity to work for the UK’s market-leading IT & Technical Learning Solutions Provider as a Business Administrator, then read on.

Your primary focus as a Business Administrator will be to assist with the revenue-creation & collection function for QA Higher Education customers, issuing instalment plans & minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.

You’ll need experience within finance, along with exemplary customer-service skills, but we’re not looking for someone who ticks every box. If you’re confident, approachable, have a passion for Credit Control, are equally as great with people as you are with admin then maybe we’re a perfect fit!

Location: Office-based in London (EC1R 4TF)
Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue-creation & collection

  • Responding to external & internal communications via phone & email
  • Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers
  • Working within set criteria & escalating to the line manager when necessary
  • Advising & assisting customers with Student Finance England queries
  • Data Analysis

Skills & Experience

  • Proven high level communication skills
  • Experience of using CRM desirable
  • Understanding of Microsoft office systems
  • Database management experience desirable
