Our Role As Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for leading a large team who’s focus is to administer the entire employee lifecycle including payroll, for c3000 employees, ensuring processes and practices encourage engagement whilst limiting employment risks.
Here’s some of what’s involved:
Lead, coach and develop the People Operations team including People Services, Payroll and Advisory
Maintain and enhance processes designed to ensure all legal, regulatory and internal or external audit requirements are met or exceeded
Act as point of escalation and SME for employee relations issues, directly managing all contentious issues
Maintain and develop commercially relevant and legally compliant People policies and processes
Bring your experience
Experience of managing teams (12+) and enhance team dynamics and motivation
Payroll management for large numbers of employees
Process improvements created clear process maps, identified and plugged process gaps
Strong employee relations experience including TUPE, settlement negotiations at a senior level, managing tribunal claims, mass consultation exercises and restructures
