Group Head: Partnership Operations

The Partnerships Team’s primary objective is to grow revenue through developing big and exciting brand partnerships and performance marketing, with accurate and comprehensive conversion tracking and reporting at the heart of that (it’s absolutely critical!) We have an enormous audience (47m a month) meaning that the opportunities for an ambitious, curious, analytical, confident data-led marketeer are compelling and real.

You’ll also manage an experienced and talented team of operations and media specialists whose remit is to push the boundaries of what Reach has traditionally done, and spearhead our Customer Value Strategy which has seen our share price more than double in 2021.

What will the role involve?

  • Supercharge our campaign tracking and reporting capability, devising and owning our strategy and approach to drive maximum accurate attribution for Reach in all our partnerships campaigns
  • Lead a team of Operations and Media practitioners across all our channels to onboard and deliver high performing commercial and data partnership campaigns that drive our revenues upwards

Who are we looking for?

  • 5 years experience within a performance-based ecommerce or affiliate commercial operations role
  • Excellent experience and understanding of the leading affiliate tracking and reporting tools, and Google Analytics, including commercial, reporting and technical aspects
  • Understanding of the rules and requirements of GDPR, and consented data collection
  • Experienced online marketer with a good knowledge of digital media channels, including display, social, email
  • A talented people manager
  • Organised, attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Analytical, problem solver with a love of data
  • A track record of delivering improvement and quantifiable results
