A taste of what you’ll be doing

  • MVP Maestro: Work hand-in-hand with commercial, engineering, digital, operations, and marketing teams to shape MVPs that resonate with customer needs and scream “E.ON Next.”

  • Rapid Prototyping Pro: Oversee the swift development of MVPs, ensuring they’re not just viable but also vibrant.

  • Market Testing Guru: Launch MVPs to a select audience, gather feedback, and dance to the rhythm of iteration.

  • Feedback Fanatic: Set up the right channels to collect comprehensive feedback from MVP customers

  • Iterative Enthusiast: Refine, refine, and refine some more. Make MVPs shine based on real-world feedback.

  • Scalability Scout: Ensure our MVPs aren’t just ready but raring to scale.

  • Cross-functional Collaborator: Engage with teams across E.ON Next, ensuring everyone’s singing from the same MVP hymn sheet. Get everything ready and drive decision making to move from MVP into scale.

  • Narrative Ninja: Craft compelling MVP stories that resonate with early adopters and E.ON Next’s ethos.

  • Metrics Maestro: Keep an eagle eye on MVP KPIs, ensuring we’re on track and on trend.

  • Stakeholder Whisperer: Keep internal stakeholders in the loop, ensuring everyone’s aboard the MVP train.

  • Budget Boss: Allocate MVP resources like a pro, ensuring maximum bang for our buck.

  • Risk Wrangler: Spot potential MVP pitfalls and steer clear with style.

  • Knowledge Captain: Document MVP learnings and refine our MVP process, ensuring E.ON Next is always a step ahead.

Are we a match?

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Manager with the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Innovation, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in getting complex technology based products to market.

  • A solid understanding of both digital and hardware product design and development.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally teams around a vision and articulate complex ideas simply.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail and a heart for innovation.

  • A passion for reimagining customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in design tools, project management software, and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

  • Location – London or Nottingham with travel to our other sites when required.
