It is a really exciting time to join the Reach family. Due to our sustained growth and our ambitious future growth plans, we are now looking for an experienced Digital Admin Coordinator to join us as part of our team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

This role will be based from home.

As a Digital Administration Coordinator, you will provide administration support to the regional commercial teams and other departments as required, covering all regions.

What will the role involve?

  • Supporting the Administration process with logging jobs, dealing and communicating on enquires and updating jobs and deadlines
  • Ensuring deadlines are achieved by chasing up on outstanding jobs
  • Managing the process for any Recruitment campaigns
  • Supporting candidates applying to join our team and assistance managing their profiles
  • Supporting customers using our platforms, assisting processing orders and monitoring live chat
  • Managing and communicating to relevant departments any new queries raised by customers and achieving a resolution in a timely manner
  • Updating reports in relation to performance and sharing them with the relevant teams daily

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with experience in a customer support or service role. Ideally you will have a knowledge of in house and industry standard sales systems.

You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, manage your workflow and work independently. An awareness of GDPR is desirable but not essential.
