Design Team Manager

We are looking for a designer who can work in-house for the QA marketing team to produce digital and print collateral. You will work as part of our Brand and Design team supporting different areas of the business including the bid team, marketing team and sales teams. You will work to create engaging and creative designs (to time and budget) for internal and external projects
Manages the schedule board by receiving all new briefs, allocating work to the design team in a timely manner and managing expectations of the stakeholder.
Taking control of projects that are going off process, not meeting deadlines or require extra intervention to ensure that they are completed to stakeholder satisfaction.
Provide sometimes critical feedback to team members sensitively to ensure projects remain of a high standard.
Proactively reach out to Marketing Teams on a regular basis to seek out new projects being scoped
Working with key marketing, sales and bid stakeholders to tease out key elements of the project brief
Attending and proactively scheduling stakeholder meetings/calls to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of design
Challenge/interrogate the stakeholders brief to ensure the right design application is produced
Stakeholder expectation setting in line with your project objectives
