Reach PLC is recruiting a CRM Executive to join our Customer team! Reach’s new customer value strategy puts our customers and their experience at the heart of everything we do.

As our CRM Executive, you will be part of a recently established team who are focused on delivering this ambition and will be a critical link between the customer and key functions, notably editorial newsrooms.

A true customer champion, the successful candidate will be able to act upon insights, feed into strategies and execute campaigns that deliver against our objectives and develop true loyalty from our customers.

This role will be ideal for a candidate who has around 2-3 years of experience at this level previously.

This role will be home based.

What will the role involve?

  • Using our email platform, you will be responsible for building email segmentation and scheduling the sends of our expertly curated news emails. You will play a pivotal role in building and sending emails using our intuitive drag and drop software.
  • You will work hand-in-hand with the customer insights team to collate and deliver exceptional insights briefs to help answer key questions and inform overall direction
  • Help to deliver against set CRM priorities by working cross-functionally with editorial, product, data, analytics, marketing and legal teams to ensure confident execution of campaigns
  • Help to map out and execute suitable triggers for automated campaigns to support different customer life stages
  • Collate reporting and key data points from stakeholders across the business to support decision making and strategic objective setting
  • Support and educate colleagues across the business on general CRM principles, developing and sharing insights and embedding best practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • This role will be ideal for a candidate who has around 2-3 years of experience at this level previously.
  • A confident junior marketer who has worked with email first strategies
  • Experience of delivering successful direct and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in a media environment
  • Experience with executing lifecycle marketing including on-boarding, re-engagement and retention strategies across multiple channels but with particular focus on email
  • A good understanding of the customer and a desire to create customer loyalty in everything you do
  • A data-confident individual whose curiosity leads to asking insightful questions
  • A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration within an organisation and between teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a can-do, will-do attitude
