What you’ll be doing
You will be accountable for leading and owning all Health Centre activities to ensure performance is optimised and clinical governance processes are adhered. As such you will be liable for driving and improving and operational performance across all service lines, as well as ensuring their respective Bupa Health Centre consistently delivers the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
In addition you will take operational accountability for centre growth, quality improvement and people management. In addition to driving a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer’s needs and delivering process improvements.
What’s a typical day?
You will be leading and managing commercial and business needs of the Health Centre, overseeing and maintaining client contracts and business relationships. Owning Service Level Agreements and the quality of service provided by suppliers, in order to seeking opportunities to maximise the business by owning the local marketing plan, raising the centre’s profile in the local community and use the expertise within Marketing and Sales to convert leads into new businesses. In addition to analysing failure demand, customer satisfaction results, complaints and immediate feedback.
You will also be working towards understanding the root cause and put in place speedy remedial actions. Reviewing and using insights from the Net Promoter System to continually drive improvements to the customer experience across their Health Centre would also form part of the role.
Who we’re looking for?
- Healthcare provision experience
- Strong team leadership experience and people management including evidence of the ability to engage and motivate people
- Experience of working in a regulated environment – meeting and exceeding CQC expectations
- Previous CQC Registered Manager would be advantageous
- Good track record of driving business performance and delivering business results
- Strong problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees, colleagues, customers and corporate clients
