What you’ll be doing

As an Administration Assistant no day is the same. Not only will you deliver outstanding customer service and manage our patients enquiries, you will be responsible for completing a range of administrative duties such as responding to emails, taking telephone calls, collating customers’ documents before their appointments, ensuring our customers details are always up to date, type letters, chase up customers results and referrals, take payments and order stock.

What’s a typical day?

  • Front of house delivery to ensure fantastic first and last impressions of our business are given to our customers.
  • Take ownership of problems/queries and ensure these are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Diary management and booking, re-scheduling and cancelling appointments.
  • Delivery of reports support the team throughout audits and manage the range of administrative duties in a timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports are issued within the required time frames.

Who we’re looking for?

  • Ideally have worked in a similar role in healthcare or worked for a high-end retailer.
  • Ideally have a genuine interest in healthcare.
  • Excel at delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Organised, flexible, can multitask and prioritise.
