Apprentice Administrator for our Recruitment Team
Fulltime, 15 month FTC Apprenticeship Opportunity.
Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm. Hybrid Working: 3 Days in the Office and 2 days from home.
Overview: Have you just finished your A levels (Phew!!!) and now looking for an exciting apprenticeship opportunity in an office environment with a progressive Team and Company, where you can really develop new skills and start a rewarding career. As an Apprentice at QA, you’ll gain on-the-job experience, earn a salary and receive all your training at no cost to you completely debt-free!

About our role: You’ll be joining QA as an Apprentice Administrator for our Recruitment Team, you’ll be providing support to the Recruitment team with various admin tasks that are vital for our efficiency and continued success. Also working as part of our wider HR team, you’ll play a key role in the continued growth of QA.
Here’s some of what’s involved:
Responsible for completing the Right to Work (RTW) checks for all new starters, to ensure full compliance.
Manage the Recruitment email inbox, responding to enquiries in a timely manner and helping to improve the overall service provided.
Support the Senior Recruitment Manager with reporting, helping to improve the efficiency of the Recruitment team.
Create and send employment contracts to help support urgent / high priority offers as required.
Manage Internal requirements through our recruitment system.
Help with any Ad-Hoc recruitment administration activities / projects.

What you’ll need:
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
Great written and spoken communication skills.
Desired skills:
A positive attitude towards getting the job done, working to support the TA team, a desire to learn and provide an excellent service.
