We are advertising this vacancy on the assumption that existing internal recruitment within our Analytics team will result in cascaded roles becoming available. Varying lengths of fixed-term contracts may be available, and salary will be dependent on experience. Job Purpose:
It’s an exciting time to join NATS and specifically our Analytics team. We’ve got an ambitious strategy and are keen to hear from Analysts who can enhance and expand our existing capabilities and services.
This role will provide the opportunity to work with interesting data, apply your analytical skills to real-world situations and see your work swiftly shaping data-driven decisions across our industry. You’ll use your mathematics, IT and/or data science expertise to conduct analysis, with appropriate supervision and guidance.
Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for those with a can-do approach who have the curiosity to unlock the potential from complex data, which translates into insightful recommendations and solutions that can be relied on by our customers.
Essential attributes are effective teamwork and communication skills which allow you to consider different technical viewpoints and present a clear story from your results. In addition, your sound logic and reasoning, alongside the ability to look at things from multiple perspectives, means that you will be adept at positively challenging the status quo. We encourage our Analysts to determine what analytical depth and format will be best suited to each individual use case across our wide variety of projects.
Previous experience in successfully interpreting, shaping and delivering a customer’s requirements to add demonstrable value will be an advantage.
