Takes personal responsibility for maximising all revenue out of the agency patch
Owns day to day relationship with agencies within portfolio and continually demonstrates tacit business knowledge and planning insights across nominated agencies. Has the ability to implement the sales strategy and negotiations, maximising yield and volumes across the entire Reach portfolio
Develop and retain revenue influencing relationships with customers, both existing and new, completing 6 external business meetings per week, with a shared summary to Agency Lead & Group Agency Director and action points captured
Develop a strong working knowledge of the Reach plc portfolio and product, with the ability to confidently articulate our sales story to our customer base and especially around our data capabilities, Plus Products, Mantis etc
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the digital and print advertising markets and wider media landscape as well as how Reach fits into it, having the confidence to put forward opinions on industry trends and the implications for our business
Is competent in programmatic delivery including all PG and PMP integrations
Keep all revenue forecasting and reporting accurate and ensure prospects are up to date, to talk through business in weekly digital sales meetings
Implement quarterly Business Plans for assigned agency patch, which have been designed alongside Agency Lead and Group Agency Director.
Highly numerate and a clear commercial thinker, able to identify and maximise revenue opportunities
Organised and efficient
Ability to build relationships with key agency personnel
