About the role

We have a great opportunity for a well presented and confident administrator to ensure the delivery of an outstanding administrative and financial support service to the village.

This is a part time role for 25 hours per week.

Who we’re looking for

Careful attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and on own initiative

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, strong spoken and written English, act as Receptionist when required, greeting visitors and answering calls

Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Able to project a positive, professional image when working with residents, staff and anyone coming into contact with the village

Provide financial administration support to the Administration Manager including payment of invoices, purchase ledger and responding to accounts queries.

Able to provide support with recruitment and personnel administration, including: advertising, organising interviews, associated HR, e.g. issuing contracts, payroll administration, DBS checks, and maintaining accurate personnel files
