As a Senior Data Scientist in the Customer Contact team at E.ON Next, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive agent performance, operational efficiency and customer experience. We are looking for someone with experience working in a matrix organisation and who thrives in a cross-functional team, ensuring our data platform and digital solutions fully support E.ON Next’s operational performance and business objectives.
