At E.ON Next, we’re looking for a Product Manager in Technology who can bring warmth, creativity and curiosity to the way we design and deliver products for our customers. You’ll play a vital role in shaping solutions that make a genuine difference, working closely with others to nurture ideas, guide teams with empathy and help us build technology that supports people every day.

Working alongside a diverse group of colleagues to explore opportunities and design thoughtful product solutions

Listening carefully to customer needs, drawing out insights that ensure our products are inclusive, supportive and user-friendly

Guiding the product journey with care from early ideas through to delivery and ensuring every step is collaborative and considered

Using evidence and data compassionately to refine our products and enhance the experience for our customers

Advocating for your team’s ideas, building trust and alignment across stakeholders by communicating with openness and clarity

Encouraging a culture of learning by experimenting, reflecting and adapting together as a team

Are we the perfect match?

A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant area
-
Practical experience as a Product Manager, ideally using agile ways of working
-
Familiarity with discovery practices, user research and collaborating with technical teams
-
An awareness of technology trends and how they can be applied thoughtfully in product design
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and collaborate
It would be great if you had:

Experience in energy, utilities or another customer-focused sector

Skills in storytelling or presenting ideas in ways that engage and inspire others

Confidence in balancing multiple viewpoints and bringing harmony across diverse perspectives

A mindset for continuous learning, growth and resilience

Previous involvement in mentoring, supporting or coaching colleagues
